Squatters have been wreaking havoc in the community near Torrey Pines and Tropicana lately. Estate Administration ServicesEstate (EAS) is proud to have assisted in liquidating funds to be given to the family of an estate on the 3700 block of Torrey Pines in February of 2024. We were back again helping this community in November 2024 by closing a probate at 6436 Tanager. This property was a nightmare for the residents of this neighborhood. Last year, there was a squatter altercation within this property where a squatter was murdered by another squatter.

We are happy that both of these homes will undergo complete renovations, which will improve the safety and aesthetics of this very close community. Not to mention, increase the home values of its residents. Chalk up another success for EAS, the estate and the people of Las Vegas!
